Al van jongs af aan ben ik een beetje verliefd op de Waddeneilanden. De ruimte, de zee, de vogels en het gevoel even van de wereld ‘afgesneden’  te zijn hebben blijkbaar een sterke aantrekkingskracht op me. In dit album deel ik een aantal van mijn Waddenfoto’s die dit gevoel hopelijk overbrengen. Alle eilanden zijn vertegenwoordigd, behalve Texel (sorry, Texel).

[:en]As a child I fell in love with these nice islands in the north of my country. Empty space, sea, birds and the feeling to be cut of the world clearly are attractive to me.
